election day 2008. it's finally here. things are beginning to look optimistic. I used to be a skeptic/conspiracy theorist. I haven't completely lost that trait, but I'm beginning to rethink that maybe there are actually genuine people out there that really are trying to better this nation. I know things will not change just because a candidate gets elected; it takes a whole country to bring about this change. I know it may seem cliché, but hey...maybe they're right. We all seem to be together on this day. Let's see what this country can do. did you vote?
Anyways, aside from everything.....did anyone check out that crazy hologram technology they were using on CNN? I was at the studio, when I was called into the next room to view what was dubbed: The Future. It was Wolf Blitzer talking with a woman from chicago who was in the same room as he was VIA HOLOGRAM TECHNOLOGY. Just like Star Wars. I tried taking a photo of it, but the camera on my phone was not in the mood to work (I think it was in shock at what it was seeing).
I never said anything about Halloween. It was no bueno. Here's a summary: Captain Kirk. Natural History Museum. Darker My Love/Nirvana. Entrance denied. RSVP loses meaning. Friends not wanting to wait. Jesus grants entry. Everyone leaving. Fail. So, in other words, it was a typical halloween. It seems to always end up like that every year. Plans typically don't end up the way you think they will. I think the 101 freeway that night was dressed up like the 101 during the day. traffic. oh well....
