so I ended up walking out on a gig I was supposed to play as the National League; it sucks that it ended up being this way, but it really needed to be done. backyard/house shows can be really fun, but when there's bad vibes....maybe it was never meant to be. sorry. hopefully there will be better organized shows in the future that don't occur spontaneously. thank you to those who were helpful in trying to find some amps for me to play out of, and to those who asked about the band (but mostly because they had no idea why I was there. apparently I wasn't scheduled). nice.
